The hotel was nice but very small, and sadly our room didn't have windows, so we missed the daylight. We expected a tub in the room too. It was worth £300 for one night personally, but it was a little hot. Thought we might get an upgrade as it was my birthday.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are tucked away in a nice quiet part of the second floor, and my Inner Sanctum suite was beautiful with a striking pink chaise longue at the end of the bed. The great coffee machine and the amazing bathroom added to the experience. Everything was lovely and clean, but the service charge wasn't adequately explained on my receipt which was a downside. The staff across the hotel were excellent, making my stay a real treat. The location couldn't have been better, within a 5-minute walk to the center of Manchester. The dining experience at the Honey restaurant was a bit of a let down, with slow service and some food not meeting my expectations.
